Paul Frederick joined OB10 in 2011 bringing with him 30 years of technology industry experience, including what is now Accenture LLP and most recently Portrait Software and Pitney Bowes Business Insight. Paul has in-depth experience in the areas of customer relationship management and customer interaction optimization applications for the financial services, telecommunications and high-tech sectors with a particular focus on developing strategic partner relationships.
