Luke McKeever
Luke McKeever is the Chief Executive Officer of OB10 and joined the company in April 2011. Prior to OB10, Luke was the CEO of Portrait Software, a publicly listed company, where he oversaw a strong period of growth before its acquisition by Pitney Bowes in 2010. Luke has a background in international sales, marketing and corporate development and has held senior commercial positions in software and services organisations, including Alterian and Experian.
Joan Beck
Joan Beck has had a distinguished career in investment banking. He has been non-executive chairman of the European Securities Forum since 2002, and a Vice Chairman of HSBC Investment Bank, from 1995 to 1999. He has also served as Deputy Chairman of CSFB Ltd. Earlier in his career, he directed the new issue business at Merrill Lynch Europe and Morgan Stanley International.
Stefan Foryszewski
Stefan Foryszewski, co-founder of OB10, was previously head of data delivery at Visa International EU. Prior to Visa, he was a partner at SFJ, Ltd., a management consulting firm serving blue chip companies and financial institutions across Europe. Stefan also spent 15 years in procurement and supply chain automation, focusing on improvements in the purchase-to-pay cycle. Stefan now heads up OB10 product development, marketing and channels.
Robin Wooldridge
Robin joined OB10 in 2009, bringing 20 years of financial experience to the business. Robin leads the OB10 worldwide Finance, Legal and Company Secretarial activities and is focused on developing the company’s commercial performance. Before joining OB10, Robin was UK Finance Director for TNS and also Finance Director of AirMiles He also held senior financial positions at British Airways plc including BA.com.
Nick Habgood
Nick Habgood is a Founder and Managing Partner of Azini Capital (www.azini.com) a UK based private equity firm that specialises in acquiring portfolios of public and private technology companies from historical investors and shareholders (secondary transactions). Azini Capital has completed a series of transactions since its formation in 2004 including the acquisition of portfolios from Apax Partners, J.P.Morgan and CLS Holdings plc, and has enjoyed a number of successful exits.
Henry Sallitt
Henry Sallitt, of FF&P Private Equity, has extensive experience in technology company investment. A former director at Quester, one of the largest technology investors in the UK, he spent eight years as CFO and COO at AFA Systems plc, a company that he co-founded as a venture capitalist. Henry also spent several years investing in early stage technology companies with Top Technology Ltd., managers of the Hambros Advanced Technology Trust family of funds.
Deepak Malik
Deepak Malik is Managing Director of Black River Asset Management, a global company with more than $9 billion assets under management. Following six years in Silicon Valley, he relocated to New Delhi, India to provide regional oversight of several cross-border investments, and to capitalize on growth equity investment opportunities driven by macroeconomic changes. Deepak has in-depth knowledge of the information services and software industry, especially operational performance, margin and cost structures.
Alec Holmes
Alec Holmes leads the global service delivery teams including technical operations, program & account management, supplier services and support. Prior to OB10, Alec was with Minerva Industrial Systems for five years where he was responsible for the introduction of the RIMS logistics software to the EMEA markets. He headed the sales, consultancy, support, and development teams dealing with companies such as Unilever, Schlumberger and Ivax.
