The new OB10 Portal
OB10 will be launching the new OB10 Portal on 31st March 2008.
The new portal will benefit all of our customers providing enhanced features, new services and an easier to use interface.
Why have we changed the OB10 Portal?
Following customer feedback we wanted to not only add to some of the features available, but we also wanted to improve the features that existed.
We looked at how the user interface could be improved, what tools you really needed and how we could make it easier for you to communicate with us and the OB10 network members that you’re linked with.
What is new on the new OB10 Portal?
All customers will see an improved user interface, making it easier to navigate and find the information that you require. In addition you will benefit from;
- Advanced reporting tools
- Enhanced support ticketing process
- Improved Administration and Account Management tools
- Increased number of ‘How to …’ guides, making it easier for you to access services quickly
