Your OB10 Programme Manager will work with you to ensure the project is a success;

• Identify your project targets and outline critical success factors
• Agree the roles and responsibilities of members within your project team and OB10
• Provide detailed analysis of your current supplier base
• Determine the key tasks and milestones to achieve the targets set
• Define the project review timescales, ensuring that you understand the targets achieved at each stage

Following the success of your internal communications campaign, your Programme Manager will;

• Work with you to set up your project team for success
• Assist in analysing and preparing supplier data to determine the structure of your supplier enrolment campaign
• Provide guidance and communication tools to create the campaign to enrol suppliers
• Manage the involvement of OB10’s Supplier Services team
• Provide regular updates and reports on project progress
• Liaise with the OB10 Supplier Services team to ensure that your suppliers are enrolled on OB10

To ensure that your project is a success it is vital that all internal stakeholders, or anyone that has some sort of contact with a supplier, is aware of OB10 and why your organisation are moving to OB10;

• Understand who will be affected by the transition to e-Invoicing
• Identify those who have most contact with suppliers
• Offer best practice advice and provide the tools for an internal communications campaign

Your OB10 Programme Manager will liaise with your staff and the OB10 technical teams;

• Map your data file format to the OB10 network – enabling you to receive e-invoices in your preferred data format from all your suppliers
• Set up secure links between your systems and OB10
