OB10 wants to make sure that you keep getting the most from your e-Invoicing programme.  Not only are we constantly looking at ways that we can improve the functionality of the OB10 core solution, but we like to involve our customers as much as possible.

The ‘My OB10’ area enables both buyer and supplier customers to access information that is relevant to them - 24/7.  In this area, customers can access the buyer and supplier portals, support information, including ‘How to…’ guides, customer updates and much more.

The buyer and supplier portals, allow members of the OB10 network to access invoice reports and audit trails, access the secure ImageArchive, manage their account details and much more.

This area is under development and can be found by clicking the ‘Login’ button.

The OB10 network membership grows daily and as such it is important that the members of the network are able to input into it’s growth and new developments.  Rather than just ‘ask’ members for feedback OB10 organises a number of user groups.  These act as forums to allow members to voice their opinions, offer guidance and network with other members. 

OB10 offers dedicated Account Management services.  Your Account Manager is not just a dedicated point of contact, but is also proactive in improving your service from OB10.  Your Account Manager will provide tailored reports, guidance on OB10, notification of new services and much more.

All customers have access to the OB10 support desks.  Support can be provided in English, German, Spanish, French, Dutch and Italian.

At OB10 we’re constantly looking for ways to improve the service.  We regularly upgrade OB10 adding new features and functionality.  Customers can be confident of the highest level of service. We listen to our customers and respond to their demands, and in turn have recently launched a new range of services, increasing the functionality of the core service.
