You are not required to pay a set-up fee to start using this service. You just pay a transaction fee per invoice.

Transactions can be purchased in batch. At your first login you’ll be asked to buy the first batch of 25 invoices. The transaction cost is paid for each invoice or credit processed regardless of the number of lines or the value of the invoice*.
